Apple cider vinegar is widely known as one of the most powerful substances and thus it can do a great job when it comes to using it as an acne treatment. It manages to do a great job simply by removing all the bacteria that was basically the cause of the problem and at the same time it works hard in order to help your skin achieve the proper pH balance. Since it’s also an estrogen, it will allow you to remove the excess oil from your skin. You do need to avoid using too much as it can lead to drying out your skin, and that’s very bad. In order to use it properly, you will need some unfiltered apple cider vinegar and some fresh water, then the results will be amazing!

The main idea here is that you need to wash your face first with a little water and then leave it to dry. The ratio that has to be used here is 1 part of vinegar to 3 parts of water! Once you determined the proper amount, just make sure that you use a cotton ball, and dip this into the vinegar, then apply it on your face. Once the process was performed, you will need to leave it on your face for around 10 minutes, in fact if you can do it overnight it will be great. Believe it or not, these two products, when combined, are the complete opposite of these two things taken individually. Honey is a natural antibiotic and it will remove all signs of acne without a product, whereas cinnamon comes with a multitude of anti-microbial properties which manage to defeat any sign of bacteria in your skin.

You need: 2 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp cinnamon, a set of paper towels.

You will have to apply the paste on your face and then you need to let it on for around a quarter of an hour. Remove it completely and then try to pat your face dry. Remember that the mixture is quite sticky, so it’s crucial to have paper towels near you, as they will be required for the removal process.

3. Milk, yogurt and honey

Many tend to feel that dairy products are generating acne, but this is not true at all. In fact, what they do is nourish your skin and at the same time they do a great job when it comes to improving the skin tone and outbreaks as a whole. You will see that milk manages to soothe the skin where it was irritated and it also helps with the redness removal as well.

You need: 1 tbsp of yogurt or milk and the same amount of raw honey.

Directions

First, you will have to wait until the products reach the home temperature, all so that they won’t interact negatively with your skin. Once that is done, move onward by mixing the honey with the yogurt. You will need to apply the mixture with the help of a cotton pad. It’s crucial to ensure that you add a layer then scope it up until it reaches the desired thickness without a problem. You have to let this do its magic for 15 minutes, and when it’s done, all you have to do is to scrub your face in a circular motion, as this helps you remove the dead skin without a problem. The whites have to be whisked until they achieve a state of frothiness, and once they are in such a state you should leave them for 5 minutes. The next step requires you to place the mixture on your face and in this situation you have to focus solely on the spots where acne tends to grow. You need to apply around 4 more layers after the first one, but once the first was used, remove it and clean completely before adding another one. The mask has to sit for around 20 minutes on your face, and once that is done you can rinse it with the help of warm water.
