By integrating this healthy eating habits, you will lose weight in the most healthy and effective way. Like most of you, I spent years in the same  cycle of losing weight then regaining it immediately. I tried every crazy diet out there, I just could not maintain my weight and I was always in a bad mood, this had to stop!

By changing my daily eating habits, I was losing weight while being in a good mood. It was like a dream, but the result was real. I was losing weight fast without any health problems. It literally changed my life.

Simple, right? Multiple studies show that you can lose weight by taking your time and chewing every bit, this is mainly because our brain takes up to 20 minutes to tell us that  we are full.

If you adopt the “slow eating” habit you will not only  enjoy your food more but it will help you lose weight, have a Better digestion and have  less stress. It’s a win-win situation, Just give it a try!

2- Breakfast is so important

My mother always told me that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that I should never skip it. It Turns out she is more than right, studies show that breakfast skippers tend to eat  a lot more the next meal or, worst, they keep snacking all day. So even if you don’t feel hungry in the morning or don’t have time, remember that your body didn’t get any nutrition for several hours overnight.

Make breakfast a habit and invest time in getting a nutritious morning meal. It will probably save you time in the long run, by helping you lose weight, be more efficient at everything you do and keep you in a good mood.

The Bigger the meal, the bigger the crash. Studies showed that big plates lead to overeating which leads to bigger food craving that we often refuel with snacks and junk food.

Studies showed also that the  more food in front of you the more you’ll eat. But by serving your meals on a salad plate instead of larger dinner plates, you can trick your metabolism and  it will keep you from overeating and eating fast.

Staying hydrated  is one of the most important health rules you have to follow, but how can water help you lose weight?

Studies showed that if you Drink a glass of water before every meal, it will not only  help you have a better digestion, but you will also consume fewer calories and feel full sooner.

5- Avoid Carbs Before Bed

This doesn’t mean you have to sleep on an empty stomach. Most strict diet will suggest this which is completely unhealthy and will do you more harm than good. BAD carbs before bed will slow down your metabolism and will lead to converting most of them to fat. So make sure to avoid them and Eat the right food to have a better sleep and lose weight. These simple habits are more likely to help you lose weight in healthier, long-term way than a strict diet or a complicated workout. I believe it’s easier to change your environment than to change your mind. You will have a better digestion, have  less stress, feel full before bed, have a better sleep and lose weight.
